The French Country Cottage - Les Chouettes is a 17th century stone Périgorian farmhouse and a barn which is also available for rental with the farmhouse/cottage for large family and friends. They are situated in the hamlet of Les Nardoux, near the Dordogne River, in the Perigord Noir, only a mere kilometre from the charming village of Trémolat which offers a variety of restaurants and bistros. This lovely farmhouse/cottage has its own private swimming pool. It offers 3 outdoor living areas which overlook a walnut orchard.
The cottage is close to Sarlat and within easy reach of the vineyards of Bergerac, Pecharment and Monbazilac
The beautifully renovated 250-year-old farmhouse comprises of four bedrooms, two shower-rooms and one full bathroom. There is a cosy lounge, a large kitchen, a large swimming pool and three outdoor living areas. The farmhouse sleeps eight people comfortably. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with high ceilings and a queen-size bed, plus a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A shower room is shared by these two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower-room. Next to it, is a comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a full bathroom downstairs.
There are a total of 4 Bedrooms 3 bathrooms, a cosy lounge and a well equipped kitchen dining area. Enjoy practicing french cuisine by visiting the markets trying out delicious meals on your friends and family.
