The apartment “Norsi Ai Pini” is in a small condominium complex, in a quiet area in Capoliveri, just 150 meters from the beautiful Norsi beach. The beach is about 400 meters long; it is divided into two parts by some rocks that go down as far as the sea. The lush Mediterranean scrub that grows right behind the beach gives it an untouched and natural appearance. The beach is of two different types: in some parts it consists mainly of dark, fine grain sand, while in others consists mainly of black pebbles.
Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro are only about 4 kilometers away, while the main city of the island, Portoferraio, is about 10 kilometers away. The beaches of Lacona and Margidore are about 4 kilometers away.

Three-room apartment for 4/6 guests: The 70 square meters apartment can be reached following an 800 meter dirt track from the main road. It is located on the ground floor and it has an independent entrance, with a large and fenced garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartment consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and a sofa; a kitchenette (with four gas burners; a refrigerator with freezer; oven) a bedroom; another room with a bunk bed; a bathroom with shower and another smaller bathroom; TV, washing machine; barbecue. The furniture is modern and well kept, outdoor private parking.
