Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und gute Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus. Der Blick zur Mosel ist frei und unverbaut, man schaut über ein Feld mit Weinreben. Die Ausstattung ist alt, aber okay und alles nötige war vorhanden.
Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr laut, wenn die anderen Wohnungen bewohnt sind. Dünne Wände, viel knarrendes Holz, vor allem die alte Holztreppe nach oben. Die Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können, viel Staub, etwa an den Lampen..! Die Terrasse ist auch verbesserungswürdig, Ausstattung.
