Casa Lorenz is a newly constructed apartment complex located in the ski resort of Alba in Trentino’s Val di Fassa.
The 42 m² apartment in rustic style consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a safe and room for ski storage.
A highchair and cot are both available upon request.
In addition to this, the apartment is powered solely by solar energy.
Outside, you will find a shared garden with mountain views and a grill.
The nearest ski lift can be found in the centre of Alba, which is 15 minutes (1km) by foot.
You will also find a selection of restaurants here, as well as the nearest supermarket.
A larger selection of ski lifts, shops, bars and restaurants is available in the neighbouring town of Canazei, which is 5 minutes by car (2.5km) away.
The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours 30 minutes (140km) by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. Heating is on from the beginning of October to the 10th of May. There is a lockable garage that is accessible from inside the house to store bicycles. There are parking options available at an extra cost.

We stand for 5 nights for two people, the host left us a note on the door so it was easy to find the place and "check-in". for two people it is perfect, for 5 people it would be crowded, It was clean and the host was very nice.
