The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this attractive 17th century half-timbered house in the heart of the historic center of Dinan, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house is composed as follows: First floor: - Living room with armchairs, coffee table and TV - Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. Second floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 190 cm, chest of drawers. - Bathroom with shower and WC Second floor : - Bedroom 2: Two single beds (80 x 190cm) that can be combined into a double bed. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free or paid parking lots close to the accommodation. Other modes of transport: - Bus to Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Malo, Rennes - Nearest train station: Dinan train station, 5 min by car - Nearest airport: Rennes airport 50 min by car Other comments: - The wooden staircase leading to the rooms is a little steep. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. La ville de Dinan et ses alentours. La propreté de la location.
Le bruit car rue passante et présence en permanence surtout le soir des SDF. La présence du Kebab au coin de la rue avec la terrasse apporte des nuisances sonores le soir. Un double vitrage serait nécessaire. Pas de parking gratuit à proximité.
