Our detached substantial six bedroom period property is set in the thriving village of St Agnes surrounded by wonderful countryside. Believed to have been built for the Captain of the Mines, the property has been fully refurbished to provide a high standard of accommodation which is extremely flexible. Located on the North Cornwall coast, St Agnes is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has World Heritage Status.
Rosevean House sleeps twelve. Very comfortably. Of the six stylish bedrooms spread over three floors, one has a super king-size bed and five have 6’ zip and link beds which can convert into 2 x 3’ single beds. Three bedrooms have en suite facilities and you’ll also find two family shower rooms, one handily placed on the ground floor for sandy toes straight off the beach.
The open plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster oven and, on arrival, you’ll find a super hamper including local produce. Right off the kitchen, the open plan dining area with a wood burning stove is the place to relax and come together over family meals. Or flip open the French doors and spill out onto the terrace, perfect for lazy al fresco breakfasts.The welcoming open plan lounge area has space for the whole family with a wood burning stove, board games and a Smart TV for quiet nights in.
On the lower ground floor, the cinema room and games room are great places to come together. Or relax on the west facing terrace, perfect for sundowners after the beach.
Outside, catch the sun in the large and beautifully landscaped garden with lawn, mature shrubs and a choice of two terraces facing south and west.

We stayed at Rosevean for 4 nights, it is perfectly located close to pubs and restaurants in the middle of St. Agnes and a great base for jumping off to the beaches around the area. We found the property more than big enough for 7 of us. Lovely big living spaces, garden and bathrooms aplenty. A nice sized kitchen for cooking and lovely patio with BBQ for summer evenings!

Another lovely stay at the wonderful Rosevean House. A special place that has everything you need and more to make a perfect holiday home with family or friends. We love St Agnes and the surrounding areas and the house provided a great base from which to explore the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants-all walking or staggering distance! Thanks for a lovely break!
