The apartment is perfectly situated for hiking, with the Meraner Waalrunde directly in front of the house, the Römerweg just 200m away, a culture trail through the forest on site and the Algunder Waalweg only a 10minute walk away.

There is also a Buschenschank open during the summer serving traditional South Tyrolean dishes.

The nearest bakeries and supermarkets are in the center of Merano, which is just 15 minutes by car (5km) away.

Public transportation into the city is also available, with a bus stop 400m away.

The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours and 30 minutes (160km) away by car. Parking spaces are available on the property.

The property also has a garage available for parking. Pets are not allowed.
