The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds.
There is a large and well equipped kitchen, and a the terrace with tables and chairs ideal for having breakfast or dinner with a wonderful sea view of the Oneglia harbour.

"Villa alle Cascine” is located in one of the most panoramic places in Imperia: “Le Cascine”, from which it takes its name. Just above the famous "Villa Grock", a beautiful villa from the early twentieth century, in Art Nouveau style, which is now the "Grock Clown Museum" (we recommend a visit!)

There is not a private parking place at this property.
Parking is possible along the street, just a couple meters from the house. However, in this case, the road may get narrower (but it's not a heavily traffic street)
Alternatively, 200 meters from the house, by a small church, there is a small parking area.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests from 14 years old have to pay in cash the Tourist Tax, at the fares decided by Imperia Municipality for "Appartamenti Ammobiliati a Uso Turistico" (short stays apartments)

Imperia ist eine schöne Kleinstadt. Das Haus ist umgeben von wunderschönen Olivenbäumen mit einer eben so schönen Aussicht, wie auf den Fotos.
Wir wollen uns hier nochmal uns bei unserem Gastgeber Mauro sehr bedanken und nochmal Grüße senden.
PS: Wer Olivenaufstrich mag, kann im Olivenmuseum ´Fratelli Carlì‘ einen sehr leckeren Brotaufstrich kaufen 👍.
Es fällt uns schwer etwas zu finden.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, großzügig geschnitten und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir gingen nur selten ins Restaurant, da es für uns nichts Schöneres gab als auf diesem tollen und riesigen Balkon mit traumhaftem Meer- und Stadtblick zu essen. Auch von Woh...
