This amazing property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a sofa.


Right next to the flat you'll find the famous Lx Factory where you can find various restaurants, cafés and shops. The Lx Factory public car park, at a cost of €2/day, is also next to the apartment

Access to the property is by codes. Guests must go directly to the property and contact our team on arrival to provide identification details and obtain access codes.

All guests must provide ID upon check-in.

Please note that a mandatory tourist tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the time of your booking, it must be paid at check-in.

All remaining payments must be made in cash.

In around 20 minutes, you can be in the historic centre of Lisbon or in the famous Belém area by the river, depending on which direction you take
