Clear Creek is conveniently situated just off the US27, one mile north of the busy US192 with its fantastic choice of shops and restaurants. This small and cosy community built in 2001 has a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes. A large 24hr Walmart is a few minutes drive away for all of your shopping needs, while Disney World and the I-4 highway to all other attractions are a few miles away.


Living Accommodation - On entering the villa you will immediately see a lounge with comfy seating for six people with 2 large comfy sofas, flat-screen TV and doors leading to the pool deck. The open-plan kitchen sits nearby and has dining table for six in it.


Bedrooms - The Master bedroom, at the rear of the villa, has a King-size bed, walk in closet and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, slide closet and en-suite toilet and washroom. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a single on top.


A second full bathroom is in between these two bedroom
