It is located in Eagle Point which is a community 15 minutes from Disney.
The home has its own private pool with spa and screen enclosure.
It is set apart by the marvelous lake /conservation view it has.
Here you can sit and relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The home has 2 sitting areas.
The main living area has TV and looks over the swimming pool that also overlooks a lake.
The other is to the front of the home.
The fully equipped kitchen is centrally positioned .It is spacious with plenty of room for a table.
It also accesses the home separate formal dining area. The 3 bedrooms consist of a king, queen and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Property was great! The book for rules of the home needs to be updated. We had everything even was surprised to see a can opener which we actually needed. The A/C is set for 75 which is fine but it is freezing in this house and we couldn’t turn it up so bring a sweater. It was a great space for what we needed.

Great house very well kept and very clean for our visit. Plenty of space to enjoy. Our family loved the setup, it’s very close to pretty much everything (Parks, outlets restaurants, groceries…). Very comfortable space and pool/spa was amazing with the heating option!
