The holiday home "Pergola 714" is located in northwestern Sardinia, just a 6–7 minute walk (500 m) from the stunning "La Pelosa" beach (limited access, reservation required). This is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
The Stintino peninsula is especially known for its crystal-clear waters and white sand.
The welcoming holiday home features a balcony with wonderful sea views, a living room with double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating 5–6 guests.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and TV. Just 300 meters away, you will find a small shopping center with a restaurant, market, bar, and shops.
It's also worth taking a walk to the rocky Cape Falcone promontory (500 m), then on to the Pelosa Tower (750 m). Numbered parking is available on the street just a few meters from the apartment.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Wi-Fi is available on request.

The host was most accommodating and very easy to work with. The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The property is well managed and you can’t beat the views! The beach was so nice and just steps away from the lobby. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed for long beach days. We would absolutely book here again!

The view is as advertised. Absolutely beautiful watching the waves, whales, beach walkers. The unit was nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and spacious unit. Lots of beach toys. Everything we needed.
