The quiet apartment features a living area with a newly renovated kitchen including a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. An extra bed is available for the fifth guest.

Location & surroundings
The Meran 2000 valley station is right next door and is one of South Tyrol’s best hiking and skiing areas.
Other restaurants are 2-3 km away (10-15 minutes by car). The panoramic road to Merano is almost 16 km and takes about 20 minutes, where you can stroll and enjoy the atmosphere.
Guided hikes are offered by the tourist association. The Mobilcard and a local map are available.

Das Haus ist sauber, modern, die Wohnung war groß genug, komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und der Balkon ist ein Traum! Die Lage allgemein mega für Wanderliebende!
Leider etwas Hellhörig zum Gang und zur Wohnung direkt nebenan und was heißt nicht gefallen?! eher aufgefallen, wie oft man im Alltag den Backofen benutzt der hier nicht da war 😅, aber man kann sich gut arrangieren 🫶🏼😊 so dass es dann nicht mehr stört.

Sehr gemütliches und sehr sauberes Apartment nahe der Gondelstation. Es befindet sich alles was man benötigt zum Kochen usw in der Küche, alle Geräte und Geschirr sind sehr sauber. Morgens scheint die Sonne auf den Balkon und durch den zusätzlichen Tisch auf dem Balkon kann man sogar wunderbar draußen frühstücken. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
