The cottage is laid out on one level.
It offers you: a main room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge area, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90 (including 1 bunk), a bathroom with toilet, and 1 parental suite with 1 bed in 140 and a bathroom with wc. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace facing west, ideal for your aperitifs and dinners, a garden (shared with the other gites), and private parking (along the gite at the back) . To the delight of young and old: a heated indoor swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m) with a spa. The swimming pool and spa area is accessible all year round from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is shared with gites 56G169117 (located adjoining) and 56G169147 (located nearby). The cottage is located in a dead end street, and next to the owners' house and their farm (600m) Between the Ria d'Etel and the sea of Gavres, come and discover the breathtaking landscapes: the bar of Etel, the Ria and its many islets including that of St Cado, the marshes and the dunes... Swimming enthusiasts, water sports and fishing on foot will be fulfilled here! In this haven of peace, come and recharge your batteries in this cottage and relax in the indoor swimming pool and in the spa.

Séjour de 3 semaines dans ce gîte exceptionnel, au calme, bien situé pour visiter cette belle région. Confortable, spacieux, chambres au frais pendant la canicule. Piscine et jacuzzi très appréciés. Proximité des commerces. Nous recommandons ce gîte et espèrons y revenir. Merci aux propriétaires pour la qualité de cet hébergement.

Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte situé au calme, mais avec de nombreuses possibilités de visites à proximité. La piscine et le spa ont été très appréciés! Un seul petit bémol que j'ai oublié de signaler en partant: le matelas de la chambre parentale commence à se creuser
