Beautiful house with swimming pool located in the well known party and nightlife area. This property is only for groups of young people who come to enjoy the nightlife in the Arenal area. It is located right in front of the well known beer place Bierkönig. Located only 2 minutes walk from the beach and the attractions of the tourist centre of the island, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, discos, pubs, etc.
The cosy house sits on a 540m2 plot where you can enjoy the swimming pool, barbecue and relax in the sun. Distributed over 110m2 of construction we find four bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, which allows us to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Upon entering the property we find a comfortable and bright living room where you can spend long evenings enjoying with friends, with a fully equipped kitchenette where you can prepare delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavour.
Outside by the swimming pool you will have furniture at your disposal to relax or simply to share some aperitifs in the barbecue area overlooking the garden.
An ideal place for people looking for fun and partying.
It is NOT a property where you can rest at night due to its unbeatable location in the heart of the Arenal party. FAMILIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Public transport: less than 100 metres from the house you will find the following bus lines 15, 21 (Airport) and 25, with this last one in only 15 minutes you will be in the centre of Palma.

All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house does not have air conditioning, although the clients will be provided with the necessary fans. It does not have heating.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war hervorragend. Das Objekt sauber und dem beschriebenen Standart entsprechend. Alle Party-, Einakuf, Starndmöglichkeiten war sehr kurzläufig zu erreichen. Lediglich die Baustellen um das kleine Gebäude könnten stören. Wir haben diese ausgeblendet und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Die Finca ist aufgrund der Lage ideal für Partyliebhaber, da man sich direkt hinter dem Bierkönig befindet. Trotz der Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück hat man im Aussenbereich am Pool etwas „Privatsphäre“.
