BEACH COTTAGE TERRACE is a spacious, top-floor family apartment with two bedrooms.
It is located in the Carré D’Or in the city center, just a short walk from the sea and the famous Negresco hotel.
The apartment boasts two terraces: one facing south with a pleasant sea view.
The other is a veranda with two sliding windows that can be opened, offering views of the hills.
The apartment's decor is a blend of classic and rustic styles.
The exposed ceiling beams, the cozy corner with a decorative fireplace, the herringbone parquet flooring, and the veranda terrace will immerse you in the warm atmosphere of a summer chalet.
Heating: The heating is communal and managed by the building.
It is scheduled to start between mid-November and mid-December and is expected to stop in mid-April.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est excellent, la grandeur de l'appartement avec ses 2 terrasses est un atout très positif. Les services de Nestor & Jeeves sont toujours aussi fiables. Cela fait la 4ème fois que nous réservons avec l'agence et nous ne sommes toujours pas déçus.

Il est bien équipé et toutes les commodités sont à proximité.
Il possède par ailleurs une jolie vue sur la Grande bleue.
