The cosy and rustic holiday home “Can Vaja” is situated in a quiet rural area between Pollença and Port d’Alcúdia and is perfect for relaxing holidays with the whole family or groups of friends close to the sea.
The 175 m² holiday home extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi-style bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a safe, satellite TV and a games console, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request.
The extensive private outdoor area will impress you with open and covered terraces, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue.
The lush garden with deck chairs is ideal to bask in the sun and relax surrounded by a beautiful panorama, while the pool invites you to take refreshing swims.
From the property, it is a 6-minute drive (5.4 km) to the nearest supermarket in Port d’Alcúdia, a seaside town with scenic beaches and a charming marina.
The town of Pollença is a 7-minute drive (4.7 km) away, and Port de Pollença is a 12-minute drive (10.6 km) from the property.
There you can spend the days at the sandy beaches, swim in the clear blue sea or explore the many cafés and restaurants along the beach and the port.
The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 35-minute drive (51 km), and the city’s airport is a 40-minute drive (60 km) away.

Zentrale Lage zwischen Polenca und Alcudia.
Einkaufen ca. 5min in beide Richtungen.
Pool wird sauber gehalten (Salzwasserpool).
Alles in der Küche was man benötigt.
Schöner großer Pool.
Grundstück Kinderfreundlich (eingezäunt).
Check-In unkompliziert.
Viele Mücken (Ende September).
Schlafzimmer zum Garten etwas muffig.
Heerlijk huis waar alles aanwezig was .

We hebben heel erg genoten . Heerlijke douche en goede bedden . Goed uitgeruste keuken . Je hebt wel een auto nodig . Gereserveerd bij Sunny cars . Top bedrijf .

The house was amazing, very spacious, really comfy beds, air con in every room. Spacious bathrooms. The pool was great. Super clean and warm to perfect temp. Also had lots of outdoor space. Outdoor dining table and outdoor sofa/furniture massive bonus. Overall amazing property. Great hosts and communication from them - super easy check in also.
Lack of necessary things to get started. I.e no washing liquid, dishwadher tabs, oil to cook, salt or pepper etc. would have been a nice addition. You NEED to have a car to stay here. nothing in walking distance. There was not enough toilet roll so we had to spend € on buying it ourselves. Meant we spent €15+ just to buy stuff we had to leave there.
