Distributed on a single floor, it features a living-dining room with wooden beams, three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and two bathrooms, one of them with an elevated oval bathtub.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for meal preparation during your stay. At the rear, a large covered terrace connects to the dining room and one of the bedrooms, overlooking the pool and gardens.
The terrace includes a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining while enjoying the sunset over the mountains.
Air conditioning operates during limited hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring comfort during the hottest hours. Information to note: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

The location is so peaceful and the villa very spacious. The service from the agent was excellent.
A couple of quick fixes requires such as a loose shower head bracket and the socket in the bathroom. There is a smell of damp in the master bedroom wardrobe.
