The Villa is in the most exclusive residential area of Sorrento, the most famous and lively town in all the Penisola Sorrentina, just a few steps away from all the main landmarks, from the station and the beach. All the major attractions of the town are within a range of 0.5m such as the Coral Museum, piazza Tasso and other famous places. It is a modern villa on three floors and an ideal destination for a pleasant, relaxing holiday discovering one of the most famous areas of Italy. LOCATION: 0.2-0.5 km grocery shops and restaurants, 1 km train station, 30 km Amalfi, 50 km Naples, 52 km airport, 55 km Salerno, 78 km Caserta.
Every room in the villa is full of light and carefully furnished with all amenities. In the garden there is large terrace, furnished to stay out in the shade or for outdoor meals as well as the above-the-ground swimming pool (6×3.5, 1.3m deep)(01/05-30/09) with sunbeds and deckchairs. Included in the price are 3 hours/day cleaning service (from Monday to Friday). You can have breakfast served, extra cleaning hours and an extra linen change upon request and to be paid for on location. The villa has central heating, wi-fi Internet connection and air conditioning. ACCOMMODATION: (450 m2) Gr.fl.: large, bright living room, leading out onto the garden, small sitting room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Lower floor: gym with modern equipment, laundry room. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower, 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath.
Services included: Waitress 3 hours a day (except Sundays), change of towels, Internet WI-FI, linen change one time per week (excluding change on arrival and departure), air conditioning in all rooms (hot and cold), outdoor swimming pool, sunbeds and towels for the pool, indoor gym, parking.
