Villa Il Cantico is a luxury Villa set amidst an amazing Coast landscape which gives an optical effect of being located half way between the blue sky and the azure sea. Midway between the towns of Atrani and Amalfi, the villa enjoys the most beautiful views of the two coastal towns, whose splendor bursts in every corner of the exclusive property. From the main road a panoramic path of 155 steps leads directly to the villa entrance, opening on the upper floor of the villa.
Or you can reach the villa by pubblic lift (It works from 07am to midnight) and then by 80 steps.
Villa Il Cantico is provided with every modern convenience (air conditioning in every room, video entry phone, telephone, Satellite TV,).
It hosts 12 double bedrooms, equipped with minibar, Satellite TV, safe and bathroom en suite with shower or bathtub.
In addition there is a Personal Computer available.
Villa Il Cantico consists of 3 levels and has the following layout:
The villa’s Upper floor hosts a large and wonderful living room, framed by large windows with amazing views of the sea and also the coast.
The villa’s arched roofs are embellished by wonderful paintings.
From the living room there is direct access to the panoramic terrace, characterized by unrivalled beauty and views.
The panoramic terrace hosts an outdoor dining area equipped with a wood stove and surrounded by a well-groomed garden.
This is the ideal place to spend memorable moments in complete relaxation.
On the same floor there is a service bathroom and a large well equipped kitchen (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 6 stoves, exhaust fan and also electric chip pan).
From the living room a spiral staircase leads to a romantic double bedroom complete with an en suite bathroom.
The bathroom has a bathtub and in addition a private large panoramic terrace of about 130 sqm.
Medium and Lower Floor:
An Internal staircase connects the villa’s upper floor with the other two floors, hosting the Night area of this exclusive property.
The villa’s lower floors consist respectively of 7 and 5 delightfully furnished double bedrooms, embellished by majolica tiles and painted roofs.
Every bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower, wonderful sea views and many comforts such us minibar, satellite TV and also safe.
The guests of Villa Il Cantico have private swimming pool overlooking the sea, which also offers a solarium, direct access to the sea and private docking.
