The apartments each have a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, a cozy living room, two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower and towels.
The living room has access to a large covered balcony with sitting furniture and views of the pool ideal for relaxation.
In addition to a large swimming pool (44 m2), guests have at their disposal deck chairs, parasols and an outdoor shower.
Olivia House guests have their own summer kitchen and private parking in the front yard.
Pets are welcome.

In the numerous, well-kept houses of the settlement Kastelir, guests can settle down and enjoy the local cuisine of several restaurants. Due to the proximity of the sea, it is normal for fish and seafood to be an integral part of the menu. Cyclists and walkers looking for a beautiful and unspoiled nature can follow the Poreč cycle paths, which will undoubtedly take them north, where Vrbanovica, a picnic area and memorial area built by voluntary work and contributions from surrounding locals, is located above the Mirna Valley. Peace, greenery, panorama of the Mirna and the Adriatic Sea will enchant every visitor here. Just to the west, the nearby uninhabited Sabadin is the scene of a sporting paragliding, discovered by enthusiasts at altitudes of 170 meters with very favorable west and northwest winds.
