35 Carrack Widden offers a light, airy, contemporary third floor apartment with parking for one car and magnificent views of Porthminster Beach. The Carrack Widden Complex offer spectacular views over the beach, Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. A few minutes away from St Ives Harbour, the Town Centre, Porthmeor Surfing Beach and The Tate Gallery.
This is an ideal base for couples and families looking to enjoy St Ives and explore South West Cornwall.
There is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offering a bright and comfortable living area. The lounge has a Smart flat-screen HD TV (enabling catch – up, Netflix, Amazon Prime, for current subscribers), DVD, CD Player and convector heater.
The modern and stylish white kitchen offers all the necessities for self catering accommodation providing a built in fridge, oven and hob. Standalone microwave is also available. The dining area has a round dining table and four chairs which is perfect for family dining.
A double bedroom with super king-size bed (which can be configured as two single beds) has a built-in wardrobe, dressing table, feature mirror, convector heater and TV. There is a double sofa bed available with a full size mattress in the lounge.
The shower room has a large walk-in shower, wc and washbasin and a heated towel rail/radiator.

The apartment was spotless & tastefully furnished, with every thing you needed for a good stay, the bed was super comfy, there were lots of hanging space & drawer space in the bedroom, White towels were provided, toiletries are not included, shelving would have been useful in the bathroom but we man...
