Located in a shopping district, between the Port and the Bas du Mont-Boron, my accommodation is close to the Train Station, the Tramway, and shops.
You can easily get around using the Train, Tramway, Buses, and bicycles.
The apartment is quiet, very bright, dual-aspect facing North/South, completely renovated, and well-equipped.

Washing machine and drying rack. 4K TV, Internet Box, WIFI.
The apartment is dual-aspect, facing South/North, and very bright! The living room/kitchen area is fully south-facing, with a balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

We had an amazing experience! The place was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the internet connection was reliable, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Nice!

Fantastica casa, ben arredata e ben mantenuta. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca… la via alla sera è frequentata da persone che potrebbero essere pericolose. Ma questo non dipende da voi. Anzi garantire un bella sicurezza.

It was an amazing stay! I’d recommend it and stay again. It is close to a train station so you’re able to get around without car as well as close to grocery stores and some great bakeries. If you’re considering definitely do it.
