The well-furnished apartment “Kleine Gartenwohnung Haus Forelle” is situated directly on the ski slopes in Selva di Val Gardena (Wolkenstein in Gröden) and is therefore perfect for skiing holidays with the family.

The 30 m² apartment consists of a living area with a dinner table, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom (separate toilet) and can therefore accommodate 3 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe and cable/satellite television, while a baby cot is available on request.

The private garden with seating furniture and sunbeds boasts an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, and as the highlight, you can access the famous Sellaronda skiing area directly from the house.

From there, you can ski across the entire Dolomiti Superski area.

In summer, the region also offers plenty of great routes for hiking, cycling.

The centre of Selva di Val Gardena (Wolkenstein in Gröden) can be reached by bus in only a few minutes, and the bus stop is just 20 m from the property.

There you will find shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as a tennis court which the homeowner has an agreement with.

South Tyrol’s vibrant capital Bolzano (Bozen) lies a one-hour drive (46 km) west of the property. Parking spaces are available on the property. Towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee.

Towels and bed linen can be exchanged if requested during the stay for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer are available on request and for an extra charge. Pets are not allowed. Please note: people outside of the booking are not permitted on the property. Ski storage is available.
