Built in 2016, this one bedroom property has been constructed to a very high standard throughout. ‘The Smithy’ is located in the village of Fulford, a short 5 minute drive from the city centre. There is private off street parking just next to the property for your convenience.
The cottage itself has a fantastic open plan feel in the downstairs area. The spacious living area runs through into the high specification kitchen. The kitchen area features a range of high end appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. A very nice feature of this property is the large skylight above the kitchen that allows a great deal of natural light in. Patio doors open on to the private outdoor area that’s perfect for summer evenings and a very rare feature for a one bedroom property. A staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom. The adjoining ensuite has been tastefully styled and features a good size walk in shower.
The property can also accommodate 1 small, well-behaved dog in the downstairs living area.

Very good stay only points to make are a few more coat hangers, a fan needed as was a bit warm in bedroom , there was no fairy lights as stated so was a little dark outside and maybe a toilet brush in bathroom otherwise a very good stay will definitely be back

Lovely bright property. Well laid out and very well equipped. Very comfortable and clean, Outside courtyard and parking was a bonus. \r\nConvenient location for walking into City centre, or using the bus. Some lovely walks nearby. Would definitely stay again.
