45 Cocoa Suits is one of the most beautiful view of York. The location is perfect, and the structure are very good!\r\n\r\nBut is important check the conditions of the sofa lega, and change the pans.

We stayed in Cocoa suites 45, 3 nights.\r\nCheck in was/is 4pm, but we got in after 3pm, I made a phone call to stays York. \r\nPull down bed was ok, left ready in place when we arrived 22nd August.\r\n45 is quiet, in a corner at the end of a long corridor. \r\nThe extractor fan in bathroom is not effective.\r\nA lot of codes to key in, we wrote these on paper to be sure!!!\r\n
