Enjoy a day on the beach, which lies just 0.5 of a mile from this delightful cottage. Within walking distance of the promenade, pier and a variety of amenities.
Ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Yarmouth, this semi-detached holiday cottage provides the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful Island. Yarmouth is famous for its sailing and fishing, and still retains all of its character and 'olde-worlde' style. There are a variety of inns, restaurants, shops and galleries within easy walking distance, with the promenade and pier adding extra charm. The islands stunning scenery offers a variety of routes for cyclists, walkers and outdoor enthusiasts with some of the best routes available directly from Yarmouth. There is also an excellent bus service which covers the island, and guests can walk from the ferry terminal to the property. Beach 0.5 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Located on top of all the shops, restaurants, pubs and ferry in Yarmouth…. everything was only a minutes walk away. Off road parking was a great added bonus. Excellent communication from the agents and owner.
Stayed in Grove Cottage for our honeymoon.

The location of Grove Cottage gave us access to the town of Yarmouth. We were only a couple of minutes walk from the bus station and harbour. The Cottage although very oldy worldy was very comfortable.\r\n\r\nThe crockery reminded me of my childhood as my parents used to have the same plates with the exact pattern.\r\n\r\nMy wife and I would stay there again.

We have visited Gove Cottage for about 10years now each summer. In the last year or two we have been a little disappointed with the Garden, which used to be lovely, but is now a little not loved. However the cottage remains comfortable, and is very convenient foe everyting within the town, and the parking space is a real bonus. We will continue to visit as often as we can.
