The cosy vacation home “Trilocale 101” in the sunny “Tia Maria Country Inn” is located in the countryside near Racale and is only a short drive from the sea.
The 90 m² home consists of a living room with 2 single beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe, fans, a washing machine, air conditioning and a television.
A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be added on request.
The wonderful outdoor area boasts your own spacious covered terrace with deck chairs, seating furniture and a barbecue, while the pool is shared with the ther apartments and invites you to cool off, surrounded by trees and greenery.
After a 4-minute drive (1.7 km) to the charming town of racale, you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants, while the nearest beach awaits you in the coastal town of Torre Suda, which is an 8-minute drive (3.5 km) from the property.
Several other beaches, like the Punta della Suina beach, can be reached by car within 15-20 minutes, and you can also reach Gallipoli after a 25-minute drive (17.5 km).
The picturesque city of Lecce can be visited after 50-60 minutes (54 km) by car, and the international airport is situated a 55-minute drive (66 km) away, outside of Lecce.
Parking spaces are available on the property.

Het is er heerlijk rustig. We waren de eerste 2 dagen de enigste bewoners. Daarom heerlijk alle vrijheid en konden genieten van alles voorzieningen. Zwembad was voor ons net te koud, maar is zeer goed onderhouden. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de wasmachine.
Het was fantastisch. Misschien zouden de handdoeken wel elke dag gewisseld kunnen worden of ieder geval gevraagd worden of dit nodig is.
Mooie locatie, wel afgelegen dus een auto nodig om het te bereiken

Het was een top verblijf, wij waren de enige destijds op het resort. Alles is goed onderhouden en wassen kon indien nodig op het verblijf. Zwembad was erg schoon! Gastheer en vrouw waren erg aardig en het contact was goed, verder gaven ze ook aanbevelingen voor restaurants etc!
De wifi indien je dit belangrijk vindt is niet heel goed, verder zijn er katten in de omgeving die rondlopen en eens langskomen

Verblijf is prima. Omgeving vind ik niet veel aan. Misschien in hoogseizoen anders maar nu een verlaten gebied. Behalve gallipolli
