The beautiful and finely furnished Paruda Mountainchalet is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps.
The 180 m² chalet extends across 2 storeys and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/satellite television, a games console, a washing machine and a dryer.
A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request.
The chalet guarantees pure relaxation, starting with the indoor sauna to relax after a long day in the outdoors.
Afterwards, you can relax in the pool on your private open terrace on the first floor.
This is a portable hot tub that is equipped with a bubbling rubber mat to create a Jacuzzi feeling.
It is set up outside on the terrace when needed.
Here you will be able to spend the evenings with tasty dinners from your barbecue while looking over the garden and enjoying the great mountain panorama.
On the first floor, the balcony with a sunbed is perfect for morning coffees.
Due to the apartment’s central location in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei), you can easily reach supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and a pharmacy within 5-10 minutes on foot (400-700 m). Bus stops are also only 4 minutes (260 m) from the building.
In summer, the region invites you to go hiking or cycling in the nearby Dolomites or to the famous Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), only 9 km (a 12-minute drive) away.
Many great skiing areas can be explored in the winter season.
In addition to the Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), the Sellaronda skiing area with state of the art lifts is a 40-minute drive (22 km) away.
The area also offers fantastic cross country ski tracks and toboggan runs.
South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is located a 45-minute drive or 37 km southwest of Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei). The property has a garage available for parking.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is wheelchair-accessible. Ski storage is available. Additional services: - Fluffy bathrobes, towels for the sauna, hand and bath towels in all four bathrooms - Free admission to the MarDolomit bathing facility with several open-air and indoor pools as well as slides - in summer a spacious sunbathing lawn - and a sauna area with a total of 14 different saunas - Val Gardena Mobilcard for free use of the bus services - Snowshoes for the winter, as well as a toboggan are at your disposal in winter - With the purchase of the ski pass of the Dolomiti Superski Carousel in winter or the Gardena Card, in summer, you can use all lifts around the clock - A bottle of rosè wine, as a welcome gift from the house - Bread roll service
