The house in which this holiday flat is located is in a prime position just three minutes' walk from the beach and offers a wonderful panoramic view. This building was the first house to be built in Utjeha, and is therefore naturally associated with many wonderful memories for the owner, who lives on the ground floor. The small holiday resort of Utjeha is located between the two towns of Bar and Ulcinj and is easily accessible via the Adriatic coastal road.
The 110 m² flat with separate entrance and sea view is located on the first floor. It was recently renovated in 2015 and can accommodate eight people. In the three bedrooms, there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the first room and two single beds (90 x 200 cm) in the second and third rooms. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room, which is also equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, offers two additional sleeping places. The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with a gas hob, mini oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer.
The holiday flat has its own furnished balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea. In front of the house there is a small garden with Mediterranean plants and a fig tree. There is a free guest car park behind the house. The garden and barbecue are shared with the landlord. The property is completely fenced in.
You are welcome to bring your pets with you. Well-behaved dogs that do not destroy flowers do not have to be kept on a lead. The free Wi-Fi connection can also be used on the balcony. There is a jetty 100 metres from the house. The landlord owns a 21 metre long wooden motor sailer (gulet), which can accommodate up to twenty people, and a 5.5 metre long dinghy for a maximum of eight people. Both boats can be hired, the gulet by the day and the dinghy by the hour.
A bakery, a grocery shop and a greengrocer's shop are just 50 metres from your holiday home. The beach is only 100 metres away. The nature in this area is still unspoilt and intact. Podgorica and Tivat airports are 50 kilometres away. There is also a nudist beach in Ada Bojana, 20 kilometres away.
