This lovely two bedroom sea view Villa sits in the centre of its private garden with stunning sea views.
The layout of the Villa and its gardens are all about easy relaxed living, with the pool, dining terraces and sun terraces all no more than a few steps away.
Shrubs and palm trees surround the sloping lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured.
Inside, the Villa is well equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas in the living area and a well organised kitchen.
Both bedrooms have ensuite two bath/shower rooms. Location, Spartia One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens, occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below. Spartia's maze-like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas.
For more choice, the lovely town of Argostoli is just a 20min drive away. Outside Villa Ermis Swimming Pool - Dolphin shaped 13.50m x 4.50m private pool with Roman step entry.

Villa Ermis is such a lovely villa and has the of the most amazing outlook, such a great place to chill and relax.
We have been holidaying in Spartia and staying in Villa Ermis on a number of occasions and we never tire of this stunning island.
We will be back next year!

The big open outdoor space has great views yet it's still very private and not overlooked. The layout is practical for a couple or small family. The insect screens on the windows are helpful. On check-out day we utilised the pool and cafe at Liakas Village where the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The situation of this villa in terms of aspect, privacy and stunning views is wonderful.
It is very well equipped and we had clean sheets and towels 4 times in 2 weeks.
One evening we found that there was no hot water. we rang Diane Steger and the problem was fixed by the time we returned from our evening meal. Excellent service.
