The apartment on the lower ground floor has a separate entrance, parking at the house, a hallway with a coat rack, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The eat-in kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a coffee pad machine, and a kettle.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer.
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge. We look forward to welcoming you as guests to our non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed. Hillesheim is located in the Volcanic Eifel - the crime capital offers many sights. The apartment is centrally located, yet in a quiet area.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the city wall, the sports field, the indoor tennis court, and the Eifelsteig hiking trail.
The wonderful cycling and hiking trails lead you through the nature of the beautiful Eifel region. We offer you a cozy apartment with 72 sqm of living space on the lower ground floor. Prices plus local tourist tax: €1.50 per person (from 6 years old) per night. We look forward to welcoming you as guests; however, the apartment is not suitable or intended for parties, bachelor parties, or similar events. Included in the price: final cleaning, energy costs, bed linen. Please bring your own towels. Children up to 2 years old vacation with us free of charge. Note on the tourist tax: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation facilities within the Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein, including the municipalities of Hillesheim, Bolsdorf, and Niederbettingen, have paid a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night since January 1, 2024.
Children aged 0-5 years and business and educational travelers are exempt from the tax. The tourist tax is not included in the booking price, is charged separately by the accommodation provider, and is passed on to the Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein.
