Two bedroom, two bathroom duplex apartment with private patio, modern, air-conditioned and fully equipped. It has a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms and an integrated kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay. Also, the living room has a sofa bed for two people and a television.
You can relax with a glass of wine or sunbathe on your private patio, which only you will have access to. The apartment is totally exterior to Fuencarral street and has a lot of natural light.

Located 300 meters from Plaza de Chueca, our apartments offer you the ideal location if you want to get to know Madrid's fashionable neighborhood. You dare? The well-known Gran Vía street is just 6 minutes away on foot.
You cannot leave Madrid without going to the popular San Ildefonso Market, which is located in the same building as the apartment, where you can taste different types of cuisine from its stalls or have a few beers.
HOW TO MOVE
You can go to all the places of interest in the city on foot, since Chueca Apartments is located in the center of the city, but if you want to take some type of public transport, the closest metro stations are
· TRIBUNAL (Lines 1 and 10): 3 minutes walking.
· GRAN VÍA (Lines 1 and 5): 6 minutes walking.
· CHUECA (Line 5): 6 minutes walking.
THE FINE PRINT
- Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
- There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
- Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.
- Events and/or parties are not allowed.

Everything about this apartment is excellent except the noise from the street. It was incredibly loud and we had a very hard time sleeping. It's in a fun, lively part of the city but the noise from people partying nearby kept us awake until 0330/0400. Sound proofing definitely needs to be done on the beautiful windows.
