THE APARTMENT
Charming Madrid Plaza apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, just next to Plaza Mayor.
This spectacular apartment is newly renovated, but keeping the original characteristics of the building, such as the wooden beams. The Charming Madrid Plaza is completely exterior and overlooks the Plaza de la Provincia and the Palacio de Santa Cruz.The Charming Madrid Plaza is ideal to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. We find two bedrooms with two double beds, wardrobes and a safe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and cooking tools.The living room has a large sofa where you can enjoy a movie on a large flat screen TV.Among the comforts of the apartment we find: Free Wi-Fi, bedding sheets, towels and toiletries.
The Charming Madrid Plaza is the best option to stay in the center of Madrid and to be able to walk to the main places of interest.Charming Madrid Plaza outward facing and with views to Plaza de la Provincia and Palacio de Santa Cruz.
The building where the apartment is located is completely renovated but does not have an elevator, so you should access through a staircase.
THE AREA
Charming Madrid Plaza is right next to Plaza Mayor and only 5 minutes away (walking distance) to Puerta del Sol. The main tourist attractions of Madrid are very close, just a short walk from the apartment.The area is full of traditional restaurants, tapas bars and Spanish shops. You will certainly feel like a local!
HOW TO MOVE AROUND
The closest underground stations are Sol and Tirso de Molina.
THE FINE PRINT
-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
