The welcoming apartment in the villa "Masone Murgioni," located between Castiadas and Costa Rei, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the scenic landscape of southeastern Sardinia, just a short drive from beautiful beaches.
The 66 m² apartment features a living room (with 2 single sofa beds and a single bed), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), a bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, fans, and television.
Upon request, a cot, a child's bed, and a high chair are available.
Start your day with coffee on the private covered terrace with lounge furniture.
The shared outdoor area with mountain views offers a garden, patios, a barbecue for delicious homemade dinners, and a pool area with sun loungers for refreshing swims and hours of sunshine.
Within a 5-minute drive, you will find supermarkets, a farmers' market, a pharmacy, and several restaurants.
The sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters of Costa Rei are only 10 minutes away by car. More scenic beaches are located along the coast of the Villasimius peninsula and at Cala Caterina, about 25 minutes south by car. The hilly landscape is ideal for hiking or cycling, while the vibrant city of Cagliari is about 55 minutes west by car, and the international airport can be reached in about 60 minutes. Parking is available on the property.

Schönes Haus mit viel Freiraum, Pool und grünem großen Rasen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Küche recht gut ausgestattet.
Obwohl sehr ruhig gelegen etwas Baulärm vom Hausumbau gegenüber.
Tolles Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool
