This beautiful house, carefully restored, is set in a panoramic and quiet position, very close to Lucignano, a village in Southern Tuscany which represents one of the most extraordinary examples of medieval town-planning.
Its fortunate geographic setting in a dominant position in the Valdichiana between Siena and Arezzo has made it strategically important through the centuries.
It was a medieval castle fiercely contested by surrounding territories.
Beautiful villa immersed in the countryside. This beautiful villa is immersed in typical Tuscan countryside amongst cultivated fields, vineyards, olive groves and woods.
Furnishing is comfortable and of good standard.
All around it there is a large, fenced outside space with garden furniture and barbecue.
Behind the house, in a sunny and panoramic position there is a 6 x 12 m. pool (depth 0,90-1,60 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September), for the exclusive use of clients.
Close by the villa with independent entrance is the owner's house, who is completely at guests' disposal, should they require any assistance during their stay.
GROUND FLOOR: Large portico furnished with tables and chairs suitable for outdoor dining, kitchen/dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and large sitting/dining room with fire place and double sofa bed.
From the living room there is the access to the wide terrace in front of the pool.

Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben.
Einfach wunderschön, groß und sauber.
Ich mache seit Jahren Urlaub in Italien, ich war hier von der Sauberkeit positiv überrascht.
Es funktionierten alle technischen Geräte wie Spülmaschine, Backofen und Lichter.
Auch der Pool war sauber einfach alles top.
Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt neben an, halten sich aber zurück.
Die Straße zur Villa ist relativ schlecht befahrbar. Kießstraße mit vielen, auch tieferen, Schlaglöchern.

Der Pool ist perfekt und die Vermieter freundlich.
Die Villa sollte gemäss Beschrieb für 8 Personen ausgelegt sein. Es hat im Obergeschoss 3 Zimmer. 2 Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und im 3. Zimmer befinden sich 2 Einzelbetten sowie ein Kinderbett. Beim Pool sind auch nicht 8 Liegestühle vorhanden. Die Küche ist nicht sehr sauber. Vor allem der Dam...

Vacances très agréable. Nous avons trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir la climatisation et surpris d’avoir les propriétaires à proximité immédiate.
Les propriétaires sont très gentils avec une réactivité irréprochable
Les routes italiennes sont dans un état d’usure assez élevées
