Escape to tranquility in this stylish, single-level lodge, located in the peaceful Resort Wijdenes. Surrounded by nature and just a stone's throw from the calm waters of the Markermeer, this eco-friendly retreat offers all the comforts of home with a low carbon footprint. Enjoy a bright living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and combination microwave, and two serene bedrooms – each with its own bathroom, walk-in shower, and private TV for added comfort.
Relax and discover local attractions
After a day outdoors, you can return to your covered terrace and relax with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the lake. Wijdenes is ideally situated to explore charming harbor towns such as Hoorn and Enkhuizen, where local waterfront cafes and restaurants serve fresh fish and Dutch specialties – often with pet-friendly terraces. This is lakeside living at its best – quiet, personal, and perfectly located.
The park is car-free. You can park in the central parking lot. Handcarts are available at the park to transport your luggage from the car to the accommodation.

However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. Het was een heel mooi ruim huisje
Helaas hadden we slecht weer, regen en storm. Digitale sleutel en open met pincode werkte niet, omdat de wind pal op de deur stond. Uiteindelijk een sleutel gekregen.
Slagboom werkte ook niet. Je zou alleen de eerste keer de pincode moeten invoeren, maar helaas moest dat elke keer.

Das es keine Restaurants oder Bars in der Nähe gab und das alles schon um 18 Uhr zu war.

Der Bungalow hat der Beschreibung entsprochen, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es war sauber und ordentlich.
Wie schon oft in den Bewertungen erwähnt, fehlen definitiv Insektenschutztüren/Gitter. Selbst im Oktober sind wir von Mücken zerstochen!
Schade ist, dass die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nicht zu kippen sind, was im Sommer sicher unangenehm wird.
