Apartment B is located in San Martin de Tor (San Martino in Badia/St. Martin in Thurn) in the beautiful Haus Belodei and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.
The ground-floor apartment features a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two), a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a TV. The property is especially suitable for families, offering a cot, toys, bicycles, and an on-site playground for children.
Guests can also enjoy a foosball table and table tennis.
In the shared outdoor area, you will find a lovely garden and a barbecue.
Cortina d'Ampezzo is about 1 hour and 10 minutes by car (50 km), while Bolzano is about 1 hour and 25 minutes away (66 km). The Kronplatz ski area (5 km) offers 105 km of slopes, and Alta Badia (4 km) provides another 130 km of well-groomed pistes.
The area is also ideal for snowshoeing, sledding, ice skating, and ski touring. A washing machine and dryer are available on request for an extra fee. Parking is available on the property.
Dogs are welcome on request for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included.
Sheep and geese live on the property.
Homemade farm products (jam, syrup, etc.) are available free of charge for your personal use.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage am Berg ist grandios, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in wunderschöner Landschaft sucht, ist hier richtig!
