âWalsingham Houseâ No. 20 North View is a lovely period terrace house located in Fulflood, a peaceful elevated residential area to the west of the city centre. It is a convenient walking distance to the cityâs High Street as well as to the mainline railway station. The beautiful open park space of Oramâs Arbour is close by.
The property has been very nicely modernised and decorated, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (Lower Ground Floor: bedroom 1, the ensuite bathroom is currently Out of Use), living room, and light and spacious open plan kitchen and dining room.
The dining area has doors opening out onto a courtyard garden with patio furniture to enjoy outside dining.
