Our farmhouse, with its own sheep breeding operation, is located approx. 6 km from Neustift village center in the direction of the Stubai Glacier, in the small hamlet of Volderau.
It invites you to an relaxing, as well as active holiday, away from the hustle and bustle. The small hamlet at an altitude of 1,127m is an excellent starting point for many hiking trails, bike tours, and cross-country ski trails to snack bars, alpine pastures, and a beautifully situated grove with a small natural lake and a great playground.
Directly behind our house, the "Mischbach waterfall" offers a special natural experience; its viewing platform can be reached via a hiking trail within 45 minutes. Pets are charged at €25.00 per day/without food. The local tax is charged to guests who turn 16 in the current calendar year.
The local tax of €4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly on-site to the host. At the Hotel Gasteigerhof****, located approx. 200 m away, a rich breakfast buffet and a 5-course dinner menu or children's menu and buffet ice cream are available for an additional charge. Vacation apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. Key handover takes place on-site. Departure is requested by 10 a.m.
