Our beach houses offer space for up to 4 people on 40m² (3 rooms) for a great Baltic Sea vacation.
Enjoy summer and sun on the beach or experience the Scharbeutz winter magic.
And even in bad weather, there's plenty to do here on the Lübeck Bay! We look forward to welcoming you! Your domicile for a first-class vacation in Scharbeutz! Quiet location on the outskirts in a spacious holiday park with an adjoining campsite.
The holiday homes are situated amidst a lovingly designed dune landscape with plenty of sand and dune grass, and are accessible via wooden boardwalk paths – creating a real beach feeling right in the holiday park! It's only 300 m to the endlessly long Baltic Sea beach with a beautiful promenade! Dune golf course 400 m away.
Shopping 1.8 km. Village center with spa park, pier 1.5 km. Baltic Sea thermal spa 3.3 km. Beautiful holiday homes in Scandinavian beach house style with maritime furnishings, bright living rooms, and large window fronts.
All holiday homes have Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, an in-room safe, and gas heating.
We have non-smoking houses, with terraces featuring seating furniture, a barbecue, and a beach chair at the house. 1 parking space is reserved per holiday home. The friendly reception is located in the holiday park, as well as the playground with a bouncy castle, climbing frame, table tennis, foosball, sandpit, etc. We have a snack bar on site (including a bread roll service). You can rent beach wagons (for arrival and departure, and for the beach!), Blu-ray players, and much more at our reception.
We have a cozy guest lounge with seating areas, board games, and a play corner for children.
In July and August, there is a free sports program (including TRX training, Nordic walking, yoga on the beach). Our FREE car can be used for a maximum of 1 hour for shopping in the vicinity.
Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. Our Beach Holiday Home has 40sqm of living space, divided into 3 rooms with space for a total of 4 people.
Here you will find: a living room with a sofa seating area, a dining table, a kitchenette (with oven/microwave, dishwasher), a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer.
The covered veranda invites you with seating furniture and a grill.
A beach chair is located at the holiday home. In Haus Strand (3), 2 pets are allowed. Check out our houses Düne (up to 8 people), Muschel (up to 6 people), Boje, Pier and Meer (up to 4 people), and Welle (up to 2 people) too! 1 car parking space (5 x 2.5m) is reserved per holiday home.
Please contact us before arrival if further parking spaces are needed.
A Nespresso capsule coffee machine, as well as a filter coffee machine are available in the house. Double bed (2 x 80 x 200); Single bed (80 x 200) - booking the linen package includes the provision of duvet covers, towels, and a fitted sheet (160x200). The beds are not made by us. Duvets and pillows are provided. The optionally bookable fitted sheets are only suitable for double beds.
We do not have fitted sheets available for single beds.
If you need fitted sheets for single beds, we recommend our large linen package – it includes one. Please note that trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper are not included in the holiday home amenities.

Es war trotz der Größe geräumig. Niedliche Terrasse
In der Beschreibung stand Backofen, es war allerdings eine Mikrowelle mit Grill Funktion.
Pommes für 4 Personen nicht möglich dort zuzubereiten.Eine Anleitung hat auch gefehlt.

Schönes, sauberes Mobilheim, schöne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung, stimmige Deko, freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöne Außenanlage.
Mir fällt nichts ein, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
Lediglich wäre das Mobilheim, in dem wir gewohnt haben, nichts für große Personen.
Bad ist klein, aber fein! (Wir sind alle nicht sehr groß, deshalb passte es ausgezeichnet!)
Zum ersten Mal da und sehr positiv von der Anlage überrascht

Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet.
Über Kaffeemaschine bis zum Föhn alles vorhanden. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen mit 2 Hunden Umgebung im Februar sehr hundefreundlich
