New, stunning two-room apartment with a great terrace above the rooftops of Heidelberg and a fantastic view of the castle and the Neckar river.
**Amenities:**
The vacation apartment features a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a beautiful roof terrace offering partial views of the Neckar river and the castle (see pictures).
The sleeping arrangements consist of a queen-size bed (1.60m) in the bedroom and a sofa bed with a high-quality mattress (approx. 1.20m) in the living area.
A crib, a high chair, and an additional mattress (90cm) can be provided upon request.
Bed linen is provided once per stay.
The new, bright, and modern bathroom includes a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.
Towels are provided once per stay.
In the bright and modern living and dining area, you will find a large dining table with four chairs, a large flat-screen TV with a variety of programs (Astra), a sofa bed with a coffee table, and the slightly separated kitchen area.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining.
You will also find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle.
An oven and a ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones are also available.
The beautiful terrace with a wonderful view overlooks the castle and the Neckar river, inviting you to relaxed evenings with magnificent sunsets.
Here you will also find an outdoor dining table with four chairs and two lounge chairs with cushions for relaxation. **Location:** The vacation apartment is located on the top floor of a renovated historic building from the turn of the century in the city center of Heidelberg (Bergheim).
Climbing stairs is required as the building does not have an elevator.
Everything is easily accessible on foot (Old Town, Castle, Philosopher's Walk, Train Station, Neuenheimer Feld, Neckar, etc.).
There is good infrastructure with bus and tram connections directly outside the door. ---------------------------------------- Professional cleaning by specialized staff.
