The terrace leads directly into the dining room, which is adjoined by a well-equipped kitchen.
This is a particularly pleasant place to have breakfast in summer, when the south-facing terrace already has too much sun. There is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor and a tastefully furnished, large living room with a UHD Smart TV (ASTRA 19.2° East) and a fireplace.
From the hallway in the entrance area, a staircase leads up to the second floor. Here there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite.
The finca has oil central heating, making it a comfortable home even in the colder months of the year.
Outdoors
You enter the house via a covered terrace that extends across the entire front of the house. On the terrace there is a solid dining table with benches and a lounge area where you can enjoy your evening digestif and look out over the attractively illuminated garden planting around the house.
The kitchen has its own exit to the north-facing terrace.
Two bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony that extends across the entire front of the house. From here you have a wonderful distant view of Ses Salines as far as the island of Cabrera.
The third bedroom also has a small east-facing balcony.
The 12 x 4 m heated infinity pool is located to the south in front of the main house. The pool is cleaned without the addition of chlorine using a salt water electrolysis system with automatic pH regulation and an additional UV sterilizer.

El Retiro is situated on a plot of 18,000 sqm. With sufficient distance to the nearest neighbor, the finca offers a high degree of privacy.
