The vacation apartment extends over the entire lower floor of our house.
With approx. 70m² of living space, the apartment offers enough room for up to 4 people. The apartment is divided into a connected living/dining room, a spacious kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. In addition to the usual furnishings and TV, the living room features a stove that can provide cozy warmth on cold days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and has a ceramic hob, stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
The bedroom offers a spacious wardrobe and a dresser, in addition to two single beds with a nightstand.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and a spacious vanity with a large mirror.
For two additional sleeping places, a pull-out sofa bed with a spring mattress is available in the living room.
From the living room, you can access a small, partially covered terrace with seating.
You can access a fully covered balcony from the kitchen, which also has seating.
From here, there is also access to the courtyard and the lockable storage room for bicycles. Smoking is not permitted in the vacation apartment, but there is an option to smoke outdoors under cover. Our house is located on a quiet side street, close to the outskirts of Tündern.
The Weser Cycle Path is only a few meters away. A bakery, butcher shop, and a small grocery store can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Parking is always available on the street or in the driveway area.
Bicycles can be stored in a lockable storage room on the property. Payment is made on-site in cash. As of January 1, 2025, the city of Hameln charges a local tax of 4% plus VAT on the accommodation price.
This is not included in the stated overnight price and must be paid directly to the host. Arrival from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Departure: by 11:00 AM Key handover takes place directly on-site. The following services are included in our prices: electricity and water, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay overnight. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Vermieter wohnen auch dort was sehr angenehm war. Es war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
