The well-equipped holiday apartment "Seerose" is located in the Swiss lakeside town of Kreuzlingen, a direct neighbour of Konstanz, and is only a few metres from the lakeshore.

The 70 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and offers space for up to 5 people.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine (both on request), cable TV, and a baby cot.

On the balcony, you can start your day with a coffee, while the shared outdoor area features a lush rose garden among trees, where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or prepare a delicious dinner on the grill in the evening. A washing machine is available on request and for an additional fee. Pets are welcome and may be brought along at no extra charge.

A few metres from the accommodation, there is a private property with several parking spaces.

You will receive a parking card from the host, and one of the parking spaces is guaranteed for you.

For loading and unloading, for example after shopping, there are parking spaces directly in front of the house.

In the basement, there is a separate shelter for bicycles. The booking price includes parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.
