You can use the courtyard to park your bikes or simply relax.
Thanks to the central location, you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés just steps away (20–300 m; 1–5 minutes on foot).
Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes’ walk), and the nearest swimming spot, Konstanz Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes’ walk).
Among many nearby attractions, the Bodensee-Therme is one of the most popular destinations in Konstanz (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can enjoy pools and saunas.
Konstanz main train station is 1.2 km away (5 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot).

The host was difficult to communicate with. She did not answer emails or phone calls. She sent instructions in German the day before we arrived, despite knowing that we were British. Great little flat, responsive owner (no sheets for pullout and she came to drop off asap). Tip: bring eye mask if you don’t like to sleep in light. Would recommend to a friend to stay.
