Centrally located in the village, in a quiet area and about an 8-minute walk from the harbor, a small supermarket, the tourist office, the free natural bathing beach, and several restaurants, you'll find Residence Bodenseeperle with the cozy "Lindau" apartment on the first floor.
The front door and key safe are located behind the house, near the garage.
The comfortable apartment features a living room with TV, mini stereo, Wi-Fi, sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom offers a large washbasin with mirrored wall, a shower with overhead rain, and a toilet.
There is also a small cloakroom area.
Shared board games and books are available.
Families with children benefit from a baby cot (travel cot) and high chair.
A covered balcony with seating for 4 and a sun umbrella invites you to relax.
Each apartment includes a parking space, located on the south side between the brown wooden panels and the green hedge.
The parking space is signposted.
Outside, you'll find table tennis and a foosball table, as well as a nicely designed seating area.

Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr kreativ und schön eingerichtet und hat eine wundervolle Lage mit Blick auf den See.
