This very spacious villa for 6 people with jacuzzi in Central Limburg is located in a quiet nature reserve in Central Limburg near Roermond.
The villa is built entirely of wood and has a lovely terrace (no jetty) with a view of the water.
On the ground floor is the living room with a spacious, open-plan kitchen with a high ceiling and lots of light.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
You will also find a bedroom on the ground floor and a luxurious bathroom with bath and hand shower and a separate shower.
In the hallway there is a separate toilet and a storage room.
Upstairs you will find the other bedroom, a 2nd toilet and additional storage space. The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot, by bike or from the water.
In the immediate vicinity you will find the so-called Maasseen, with an area of 3,000 hectares the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands.
Here you can go sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and swimming.
Visit the historic town of Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn.
You can stroll and shop in Roermond and Maastricht.
Visit the Toverland theme park in Sevenum with your children.
This amusement park is interesting all year round as a large number of attractions are covered.
Also enjoy a trip to the GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, one of the most beautiful zoos in the Benelux.

Schönes Haus, mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Gemütliche Sitzecke auf der Terasse, haben die anderen Häuser nicht.Waren mit 6 Personen da, die Anzahl Teller und Besteck ist jeweils genau 6. D.h in der Regel läuft nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine.WC im OG leider ohne Waschbecken.

Leider ist der der Park in dem das Haus liegt extrem schlecht. Der Spielplatz ist total herunter gekommen. Alles war geschlossen es gab keine Möglichkeit Brötchen oder dergleichen zu kaufen.
Zudem blickt man auf total hässliche alten Mobilheime. Echt schade da die Lage am See sonst richtig romantisch wäre.

Das Haus war super!Jedoch ist die Anlage in der es steht eher verlassen! Der Pool ist zwar vorhanden aber nicht nutzbar. Auf der Anlage ist kein Kiosk oder irgendeine Attraktion im Betrieb! Generell würde ich sagen dass die Anlage eher nicht mehr im Betrieb ist. Uns kam das aber eher entgegen somit war es sehr ruhig auf der Anlage! Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub.
