The villa “Casa Vacanze Elena” is located in Perd'e Sali and is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
The charming house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with one double bed and one single bed each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include fans, a fireplace, a washing machine, a television and a high chair.
In your private fenced outdoor area you will find a garden, a covered terrace, a pool (open from 1st May to 31st October), an outdoor shower and a grill.
A hammock also invites you to unwind with a good book while the comfortable sun loungers are perfect for sunning yourself on warm days.
During the winter you can also curl up on front of the fireplace with a hot chocolate.
In a 3-minute drive you will reach a selection of restaurants and the closest supermarket.
Take a drive to the beautiful marina in Perd'e Sali, also a 3-minute drive or 2.1 km away, or spend the day at the beach Spiaggia di Porto Columbu (a 5-minute drive or 2.6 km away).
Furthermore, Cagliari airport can be reached in 33 minutes by car (37.6 km).

The location is very well situated and the owners are very helpful and friendly. Thank you Maria Cristina and Günter for the nice holiday.
We had extreme hot weather conditions during our stay and would have appreciated air conditioning, ventilators were not really enough for 45°C temperatures. For normal summer, it should be ok.
