Das Haus ist in einer guten Lage, Mari Carmen ist sehr nett, Übergabe war problemlos, eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, wenn sie besser gepflegt werden würde
Keine Klimaanlage, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, klebrige Gläser , in zwei Räumen ging keine Deckenbeleuchtung, verschimmelte Pizza im Ofen, insgesamt sehr schlecht gepflegt. Auf dem Balkon waren mehrere Brüstungselemente locker die auf den Gehweg fallen können
Las instalaciones constructivas precisan de pequeñas reparaciones.
